Outsourcing is the transfer of corporate tasks. This can be quite useful. In my opinion, however, not when it comes to customer service. Wishes, suggestions, complaints or additions to the contract can be discussed with a personal contact person over the phone. Could ..... Having an external service provider take over the phone is very unsatisfactory for me. Even small things cannot be done immediately. You wait unnecessarily long for a possible callback from a responsible employee of CWS-boco. Then you might not be in the house yourself. Honestly ... what's that supposed to mean? I also have to work and it is unnecessary and outrageous to rob customers of their time in this way. Not a good partnership.

Overpriced contracts, hidden contract clauses, endlessly long terms, unfriendly sales force - stay away!

Laundry very unreliable. Clothing is missing and comes back in places only three weeks after pickup. Name badges are predominantly mislabeled. But my employer is only important that it is cheap and has found the perfect partner at Boco. Quality looks different
