Nice place to relax among the greenery (if you don't mind flying planes). There are wooden platforms on the meadow where you can sit or linger. It's cool. In the park itself there is a cafe and a small pond. For fans of aviation, a great place because the corridor of the descent to the airport in Dusseldorf passes over the park and meadow and the planes are already flying quite low here. There is something to look at.

A nice, small park for local recreation right next door. Always good for a walk. Especially at dusk / in the evening when the Weitmar house including the small moat is illuminated with light. Behind the old ruins, with the catacomb, which is occasionally used for small art installations. Just pretty.

Very nice, open, quiet park. With somewhat old walls from the castle and a new underground museum. Ideal for a walk in between.

Very nice, well-kept park with a pond, the underground museum, a café and a very nice playground that can also be used by small children. Good connection to the bicycle road and also within walking distance from Weitmar Mitte. Tram and bus connection (stop "Haus Weitmar"). The only disadvantage is that many dog ​​owners do not adhere to the leash requirement.
