We are very happy with the renewal of our heating system at the beginning of the year. The advice was very competent. We made a quick decision and the installation went perfectly. Very good price-performance ratio. We have received a written guarantee for 5 years. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will also have the annual maintenance carried out by the Bücker company.

The Bücker company completely renewed our bathroom last year. We are very satisfied with the work - from the detailed and competent advice to the execution that really came "from a single source". All trades that we would otherwise have had to coordinate ourselves were carried out competently by the Bücker company. The price-performance ratio was completely reasonable. The Bücker company has been working for us since 1986 and has always been very reliable over this long period.

Bücker is a reliable partner in times of a shortage of craftsmen, who is always competent at your side. We already have Have a complete bathroom with steam sauna, a laundry room, underfloor heating and a new heating system with modern solar technology from Bücker installed. In emergencies such as We only used the help of Mr. Bücker's team to break pipes and were always satisfied. Customer for over 11 years!

Task: Replacement of a bath flush-mounted fitting and renewal of the drainage of this built-in bath tub including the tile work; Replacement of two sinks. Advice: Specialist o.k., but very profit-oriented. Execution: After 2 months and repeated inquiries the work was started. At the first appointment 4 hours later appeared without information or apology. For the most part, Mr. Bücker did the work himself. Not that we wanted that; There are no other employees available. We did not feel the "boss treatment" he emphasized. At the first appointment no protection devices had it. (A blanket provided by us was used, at a later date, a bath mat was used unasked). A cleaning / replacement was not offered. Some parts were missing or should have been accidentally taken to another site. The faucets of the hand wash basins were first swapped mounted. The stop of the door of the vanity unit does not mount as it would be useful. The bathtub has damage (probably due to the tile disassembly). The waste set was professionally assembled only after persistent complaint / discussion. During the work a lot of phone calls. Understandable; As the boss of a company, you also have coordination tasks. But to our (time) loads? Follow-up appointments have been postponed again and again, even that is not very customer friendly. Our time records showed that the estimated 20 hours of assembly were almost used. (Including the above-mentioned multi-time consumption). With a more coordinated and uninterrupted approach, it would certainly have been time-saving for everyone involved. However, there was never an apprentice in action, as described in the offer. Since we had already paid a pre-agreed price, we asked for reimbursement of this apprenticeship never found instead. Leaving at the last time, Mr Bücker gave the refund orally. After we had not heard anything for a long time, we remembered the commitment. Surprisingly, Mr Bücker stated that he will not reimburse the fixed price agreement. Due to the good business relationship one is ready to give up a payment for a smaller bill. In this statement, we feel rather taunted. Legally, we have no handle. Verbal / telephone agreements without witnesses can not be used for argumentation. We paid apprenticeship here. So we do not imagine a trusting cooperation. Here a craftsman has taken advantage of his superior position and us laymen "ripped off". Too bad.
