Telephone inquiries for a viewing appointment (installation of an air conditioning system) was characterized by excessive unfriendliness and defensiveness (?). A course in dealing with customers would certainly be an important domain for the Lord. This company will definitely not get an order from me. Best regards

Very happy with the advice. A short request was made and was called back the same day with an appointment request. Discussed the worst on the phone and made an appointment. Local staff very authentic and human. Top quality, no problems so far. Gladly again.

Courtesy? No thanks! Called to have my air conditioning checked. Which model? Model said I don't know and I'm not interested Then he just hung up. This is not only unprofessional, but also grossly rude

After a consultation in my apartment about planning an air conditioning system and my written request for an offer afterwards, there was no response. When I asked by phone, I received the succinct answer that there was no interest, since the apartment was built up and I seemed too indecisive when advising. At the time of the appointment, I was asked whether my husband would also be there, since the women don't understand it anyway.
