Interesting procedure: Hang up a letter in the house that Naber will do the heating maintenance throughout the house and that access to all apartments is necessary, although you have never been a Naber customer. Then ring the bell and say "Oh, I don't have any documents about your apartment, but that's not a problem, we do the whole house anyway, you don't have to pay anything." Then after 3 months, send an invoice that is € 20 more expensive than what you have been used to from competitors for years ... I call it something fraud.
