Always reliable, punctual and orderly for countless years - regardless of what it is about. And in "emergencies" sensationally quickly on the spot. Here you can still get competent advice and the execution of all work was always without complaints! (Apartment building with correspondingly frequent renovation / repair or maintenance work) The preparation and follow-up work were always to our satisfaction. A construction site after the work is done is seldom as clean as at Dohm! Thanks a lot for this :-)

So far, we have always had good experiences with Dohm, be it for annual thermal maintenance, bathroom renovation or new thermal installation in our old building. Competent advice, punctuality, friendly appearance of the employees and the professional execution of all work. Absolutely great, immediately again.

We are with the company "M. Dohm "have always been completely satisfied and she has been working for us for several years now. All the more regrettable, therefore, is the experience experienced in May. We had in our family house a pipe blockage from the outgoing pipe in the basement to the sewer. Positive to mention here is that the company Dohm was called quite late on weekdays, right early in the morning on the next working day and on time to help appeared. The directly 2 persons have to eliminate the damage, the necessary camera inspection of the pipe was recommended to us and also carried out, did not let us at first skeptical. However, the damage was repaired (clogging with wet wipes) and the camera inspection did not reveal anything negative - until then everything was fine. However, when the bill was delivered to us for exactly 3 hours of work on site, we could hardly believe it. Almost 900, - € were charged. Then in retrospect (after much indignation, waiting and urging) the bill was reduced by about 100, - €, then it did not much better. In my opinion, any "dubious" x-any express service from the internet would not have cost more, or even less. From this experience, I can not recommend the company Dohm and therefore advise of an order without prior cost estimate urgently!
