I've been visiting the store since it opened. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks ago, a saleswoman made herself so impossible that I don't think I'll go back. Obviously she was in a completely bad mood, first reprimanded how many pairs of shoes you could take to the seat to try on and then repeatedly pointed out the incorrect wearing of the mouth and nose protection, although he was sitting properly and I also had my back to her sat, so she couldn't judge it at all. Others are worried about their jobs these days and she has nothing better to do than annoy customers? Congratulations, you did everything right

Hello dear tamaris team Today I was in the store in the Ruhr Park Bochum - I go there often and have already bought a lot of shoes there. But I've never been treated as badly as I am today. First the employee snaps at me because I have picked out several shoes to choose from that I wanted to try on. Then she snaps at my mother that the mouthguard is not fitting properly (which a is wrong and b my mother has an exemption from the doctor due to an illness, which she also told the lady), nevertheless she snapped at my mother 2 in the further course more times. No other customers were present at the time. When two more women entered the shop shortly afterwards and sat down next to me, the lady said nothing. I spoke to her that this behavior was not right either, because it came back that was not her problem, I would have to say something myself. So I left everything and bought my shoes from rieker. I don't have to give myself that kind of treatment as a customer. Due to the current covid 19 situation, various businesses fear for their livelihoods. Others put their customers off without any corona. Great performance, hats off. This store won't see me again
