At Deichmann, customers seem to stop at size 44. Shoe size 45/46 is very small. Except for one shoe from each model, all shoes are nicely packed in cardboard boxes, some up to 1.2 m high, if you want to get on at the bottom you have to restack them first. You first have to get chairs to try on yourself from another aisle. There are hardly any shoehorns, not to mention staff.

If you want good advice, this is the wrong place. First you get advice from the trainee, who apparently is not being properly trained (wanted to sell me normal shoes as winter shoes - where every layperson could see that for himself at first glance), and when she looked for her colleagues, they didn't have time but only told the trainee which shoes she can "show" me. Something similar on my last visit, only with insoles. I think you should see to it that a trainee learns something, that's what she's there for. And not to do the journeyman's work, if they don't feel like doing their job. Assortment is just like in any Deichmann store. Something for everyone. Although the quality doesn't convince me with every brand.

Employees are nice until you reject all offered additional sales at the checkout. Not only that this permanent offer of 10 different things is extremely annoying only answered casually and annoyed. Next time, you'd better buy online or somewhere else.

Rude staff and the manager is the worst thing in this shop. Begins a personal dispute with customers, and customers who leave the store are labeled stupid. It is not the first time that this is so noticeable
