Very unfriendly with complaints. I got myself a Dr. Martens bought for 185 euros and only noticed when walking in (at home) that the left shoe (the sole) was cracking. The crack didn't go away and got louder and louder. I only walked a few meters across the asphalt with my shoe to get advice from a friend who also works in a shoe store. The sole seems to have a defect and I wanted to exchange the shoe. Unfortunately, I felt like a felon when I exchanged the shoe because the shoe was supposedly "worn". I had to justify myself in front of the very unfriendly saleswoman and felt like a liar. Yes, I wore the shoe for a short time in the apartment and also briefly on asphalt, but do I have to be satisfied with a new, broken shoe that I can't wear? The best utterance was: "" So the shoe can't be put back on the shelf and sold "... please ?? The shoe is broken and shouldn't be sold to other unsuspecting customers! Unfortunately, I'm here for the last time and very disappointed with the unfriendly service. I don't think that such a business can and should allow itself at this time. Soon online orders will be placed, unfortunately!

Very nice ladies as staff. I check back regularly as there are often offers. Great prices for brand name shoes and sometimes brand name clothes too. As a rule, I will always find something here. When asked and for "extra sausages" on my part (e.g. rummaging around in the warehouse), the ladies react very nicely and understandingly if you are looking for "that one shoe". Always my pleasure!
