Unfortunately, I didn't feel well advised at all. My wrist was measured and I was given a bandage. Under supervision, I tried them on in the store and said that it hurts and doesn't feel good. I was simply rejected saying that it was measured and fits. Because of the uncomfortable feeling and the pain, I asked several times whether this was the right thing to do and was made to feel that I was asking too much. I left the store feeling bad, inevitably took the bandage with me. In the end, the bandage doesn't fit and my hand turns blue within a few minutes.

Update: We were able to solve the problem with buying shoes, see below, so up with the stars. Since then there has already been several comprehensive advice and new insoles that I am still testing. So in the end it is probably a win-win for both sides. ################################### A sentence with an X .... I was very unlucky with the advice. Nice selection, friendly staff. But the wrong shoes for my insoles were listlessly recommended to me. I also asked if I didn't bend inward with it. "What, no, you don't bend inward with it, all right." All right, I thought, maybe it just seems like that now, trust the shop assistants. I also liked the shoes, so I guess I wanted to hear that too. That's why bought instead of relying on gut instinct. Then the following week, around 4 days after buying the shoes, I had a regular appointment with my foot specialist. She says: "What kind of shoes are you wearing ?! Don't you see that you bend inward with them? You should definitely not continue to wear them." Conclusion: I dumped around 80 EUR. So all in all, that was either a nasty scam just to make money, whether or not it's good for the customer. Or the shop assistants didn't know better what would be bad otherwise. Either way, it was my last visit. The money thrown out is just extremely annoying. Mainly because I didn't go to Deichmann and Co. especially, but was prepared to spend more money, but in return to receive appropriate advice.

Very competent team! I was there today to make insoles - a lot of time was taken and I felt very well advised. Mr. Zänker explained and showed me a lot so that I could really understand why certain insoles are better. Top!
