The campsite is child friendly. The beer garden is open. The paths are clean. I think the so-called midday rest is unnecessary and out of date. Why is the entrance or exit by car blocked for 3 hours at noon when the barrier works automatically anyway. Long-term campers are also welcome. Dog owners, however, are not so strict about disposing of their poop bags. They are gladly disposed of everywhere. Fresh water is only available on site in summer, it would be good if the water pipe was laid underground and if it was already laid underground, you could also lay fiber optics and, if necessary, have a gas connection, as with other permanent campsites. Eg (Rodenbach) Also the electrical boxes are partly very rusty and are almost falling apart. Measuring devices are no longer calibrated and some caravans have not carried out a gas test since 1989, the risk of leaking gas lines when in use would be very high. The people there are all very friendly, there are very nice neighbors, you can relax here and let off steam, there is always something to do here. The next supermarket is about 2 km away, easily accessible either by car or bike. Meat wholesalers and drinks dealers are also there.

Neat for 1 night, the further you go into the campsite the messier it gets😉

Clean sanitary facilities No parcels, small sunny parking space Beer garden, pizza and bread rolls on site To downtown Mainz by car about 30 minutes

A lot of unkempt parcels of permanent campers, sanitary buildings would have to be modernized
