No public campsite. Only registered youth groups. But a nice area. Has been around for a long time.

Great place, good facilities, unfortunately some aircraft noise

Nice campground, unfortunately a lot of aircraft noise from the West runway (Frankfurt). A lot of forest around and enough shade places. Occasionally, however, annoying mosquitos.
