The cake is delicious, but thanks to the “nice” saleswoman we cannot enjoy it! The good woman left a very annoyed and derogatory impression, which will probably be the owner of this shop. However, you can also respond nicely to your customers and politely tell them what types of cakes they are, as it is unfortunately not anywhere and some things were indefinable. I also think privacy is important for the guests, but this was not the case at all because everyone felt like they were sitting on top of each other and you felt like you were in a mourning ceremony. Due to the close, people hardly talk to each other and there was no music at all. It's a shame because you can conjure something big and cozy from small rooms. In any case, I will not go there anymore .. a shame about the money !!

In the course of the Schlemmer Pass, we ended up in this coffee today, unfortunately also for the last time. The service so unfriendly and out of place that her displeasure with the words "luckily I don't have that every day" should be loudly announced when she doesn't feel like staying at home ... Other customers have allowed themselves sarcasm and thanked with irony for the "friendly" service. In times of change, service comes from "serving" and performance I expect to be welcomed in a coffee in a friendly way, to be able to enjoy coffee and cake in order to linger in one place to have nice conversations ... Unfortunately, this is not the case here, too bad, good luck to the management and I hope in times of change to focus on the previous reviews and possibly take action .....

I love the Schoberth nut Hörnla, best Hörnla in the whole area, taste ultra delicious, very orch fluffig, such is nowhere else, must try ma! Besides, Frau Schoberth, who has been standing there over the counter for over 60 years, is such a sweet mouse, I am always happy when I see her, which belongs to the living inventory😉
