Was right on the spot and found an unprofessional unfriendly employee who had no idea about my heating system and was not interested in customer friendly or service. Since the companies are surprised that no orders come in.

New customers are not of interest. Very repellent and unfriendly. After several attempts to establish contact, one week patient waiting with request for feedback this disillusionment. In another call on my part, I finally had Mr. Becker personally on the phone. My concern: A limit for the oil tank - so nothing dramatic. His reaction: He would not know which tanks I have, which manufacturer, etc ...! Mr. Becker was very rude and seemed annoyed. By the way, I could have told him the manufacturer of the tanks. But as far as it should not come. As already mentioned - no interest in new customers. This could have been said more friendly. But obviously Heizungs Becker does not need it. Thank you!
