NEVER AGAIN! But a brief introduction to the whole: A piece of my molar tooth broke off a few weeks ago, which is why I had excruciating pain and my cheek was obviously swelling. My first thought - off to the dentist. Since mine was on vacation, I tried it here and got an appointment at short notice. So far so good. In the treatment itself, however, nothing else was done than to pop around and try to do a professional tooth cleaning. In the end, nothing was done except to tell me that they would go on vacation the next week and if I can't do it anymore, I should go to the emergency service. Not even pain relievers or anything so that I don't go home with the same pain as when I came into the practice. Accordingly, sick notification was of course only a confirmation of the visit to the practice for 50 minutes. But since I don't have a non-verbal job and I could hardly speak, my family doctor had to write me sick. I was then given an appointment for 2 weeks later. Wow. Of course I had to go to another dentist after this 0-point experience and lo and behold - I was helped! I was examined, advised by the other dentist and he recognized my problem & prescribed what I needed. And after a few days I felt great again. I thought that was it and now everything is fine, until after the 2 weeks I got a letter from this dentist's office about what this is all about and I thought the blow would hit me. I was charged 185 € because I forgot to cancel my appointment. I understand the loss of time and the opportunity to accommodate someone else. But asking so much is a cheek for me! I would have seen a small amount for the loss. But such a height ... I am speechless. A doctor's office is of course authorized to ask for something, but if we are honest, there is practically no practice because it is not good to look at. And as I said, certainly not at such a height! But now I look at you exactly as you would think - as an outrageous and anything but patient-friendly practice! I can not recommend it!
