I needed an appointment after an accident at work, I was only given one in two days by the office assistant over the phone. There was a nice helper on site who manned the registration. X-rays were taken. Then I was approached stupidly by the doctor in the consulting room, why I only come NOW. No exact diagnosis was given or discussed. Neither progress nor precise therapy. I was fed with a gel recipe. And the helpers in the room only inform you on request that the documents will be forwarded to the family doctor. Didn't think that the ratings match. The head of the practice explained most of it through a message on my mailbox, which in my opinion doesn't justify anything. And I wanted to leave it by simply ignoring it. Which is ridiculous beyond all measure.
