Not at all funny what's going on. 1. at the reception mostly very unfriendly 2. often very long waiting times 3. since I was 14 years old I have been prescribed hormone patches (free of charge) because I cannot take the pill due to a chronic illness. It has no effect on me. There weren't any problems for years ... until a few months ago. Suddenly there was a new hormone patch on the market. I got the prescription for it but couldn't pick it up because the hormone patch was taken off the market immediately. And suddenly the gynecologist says I should take the pill ?! And since then I have to pay for the hormone patches !!!! I am 17 years old and absolutely do not understand what this is about. We are already on the health insurance ... it basically just means that the doctor has to know. Whatever that is about .... incredible cheek.

Doctors hardly take time for their patients. I was also not really advised or informed. I will look for a new gynecologist.

No time for patients, I had a severe abdominal operation, then came for follow-up care. Maxi Roßberg neither asked how I was doing, nor did she look at the stomach or the seams, nor did she ask whether I was in pain or bleeding. Was not in practice for 5 minutes. I will definitely look for another gynecologist who can be trusted.

The team Dr. Rossberg is absolutely incompetent and not recommended. The office hours aids are extremely disrespectful and more than unfriendly, also professionally they are a zero. Time for the patient is not taken here. Comprehensive advice is not guaranteed here. Better go elsewhere if you want good treatment.
