I was without appointment on referral from the family doctor in the afternoon in the practice.
Still came after 45 minutes. All the girls in the office very friendly and Dr. Great very competent. Has taken enough time and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this doctor.
Great team, super doctor. Unfortunately, you only get one appointment (at least a correspondingly fast appointment) if you are already a patient or a patient. But so far has been the case with every dermatologist. The prescribed therapy already started the next day. Super. Also Dr. Grosch takes corresponding time for his patients which is certainly not always easy with the daily appointments. So I can practice the Dr. Great only recommend.
Nice receptionist, but over 1.5 hours wait .. I have already met friendly doctors. Will I look for a new dermatologist in the future!
I called after 6pm and got an appointment the next day. I arrived 25 minutes early and was back in the car when it started. The ladies at the reception were sympathetic and the chief physician was able to advise me very well.
