Can't understand the other reviews partially. Has been there several times now and was treated very kindly. The practice is not super modern, but everything is clean and very well maintained. The office hours assistants are all extremely hard-working, nice and hard-working. The treatment / examination was carried out by a very friendly and competent doctor. Yes, the waiting time was a bit too long for my taste, but I was then given very detailed advice and I was also given completely new, very promising therapy proposals and treatment options with cannabis for my disease with chronic pain, which no other doctor and I, had on the screen.

I was in practice 4 times because of back pain. A remote diagnosis was made the first time, the conversation alone told me that I had muscle hardening, and prescribed physiotherapy without touching anything. After the KG the pain was of course not gone, then I was prescribed physiotherapy again, of course again without examining myself and without the hoped-for effect. On the third visit, an MRI was recommended to me, and who is surprised, even without further examination. The MRI then showed a bulging disc and what was the treatment? Exactly, physiotherapy. Unfortunately without success, I still have this pain.

Never again!!! No tact, no time for patients, lack of competence. Absolutely tactless handling of patients! Have rarely experienced such a treatment! You are treated like cattle, it is not listened to when you tell how the injury was incurred. Not to mention that you are looked at very superficially. Miss Dr. Lorenz gave me as a patient the feeling of rejection and that I am absolutely not welcome here. On my shoulder injury, which robbed me an enormous amount of quality of life, I was after superficial analysis, only painkillers move and if it does not get better, "just needs surgery," I was told. My luck was that I met by chance a competent alternative practitioner who could fix my shoulder with a handle and today I am (thanks to him) pain-free. My body would have been damaged for life if I had put myself here meaningless under the knife, because it would have stapled completely fatal together. No tact, no time for patients, lack of competence. I forgive a star, because at least the staff on the phone is very nice. But I will not put a foot in the MVZ.

Was after shoulder surgery with Dr. med. Lorenz. I prescribed physiotherapy 3 times. As swelling and pain did not improve after months, I introduced myself again. According to Frau Lorenz, this is osteoarthritis, which can only be treated permanently with painkillers. She rejected more detailed investigations. I was not satisfied with that and was referred by another orthopedist to the MRI. Result: Tear in the joint capsule. New surgery and exercise therapy. Am now free of complaints. If I have Dr. Lorenz would have remained a life-long disability. Can only wonder how such an incompetent female doctor can be released on patients.

The Mvz was a substitute for my orthopedic surgeon called there because of back pain and immediately the next day NEN appointment. After a short wait I was competently advised / treated by the doctor and was almost completely pain-free one day later. Would go back anytime.
