I would like to express my thanks in writing and a big compliment to Ms. Dr. Walter and her employees speak out. In times like these, it is very different how the employees of the individual companies approach their customers or, in this case, patients and unfortunately one learns all too often that there is clearly noticeable displeasure and that many people no longer follow a rock-solid path of indomitable morality can follow; In their fear and their lack of understanding about the current situation, they discriminate against peaceful and decent, even severely disabled people. In Dr. Neele Walter’s practice, on the other hand, is where the employees are still at eye level, as they are evidently very well informed about the current legislation, but even more so because they seem to have the necessary healthy respect for the burdens of others. Her always friendly and courteous manner is only mentioned in passing. It is incredibly encouraging to hear that Dr. Neele Walter and her employees focus on humanity. First and foremost, one finds in this practice that which should always be in the foreground everywhere: the integrity of all of us. Miss Dr. Neele Walter herself is an excellent doctor, who systematically and farsightedly, but always seems to sound out with heart, which is actually the best course of action for her patient. She is professional, recognizes the needs of her patients, and is genuinely interested in relieving these uncomfortable burdens and leading a healthy path. With heart and soul in the matter, giving what it can give, without promising too much or soling the patient with half-truths. You can talk to her very openly, she listens carefully and especially very emotional people should find a very good contact person in her. You immediately notice that in this practice you are not just “another number that just has to be processed quickly or that you can prescribe something to”. Miss Dr. Neele Walter recognizes in her human way that the patient also has extensive knowledge of his complaints and tries to find a healthy middle ground for an improvement based on her experience, her extensive specialist knowledge and the information from her patient, without doing anything like that many other doctors to ignore the fact that the patient is the one who will have to live with the circumstances and who in most cases probably knows best what helps or harms him. A doctor and practice as one can only wish for, and after all the years of changing doctors, after my family doctor at that time retired, I have finally arrived at someone who has the necessary delicacy, expertise and humanity that mine Eyes every doctor should bring with them.
