A baker as you would imagine a baker to be - craftsmanship that tastes good, baked in your own oven, no bakery or chain - just a good baker. When you enter the shop you are greeted by an irresistible scent of fresh bread and rolls. To find something like this, you have to search a long time.
Great, traditional bakery. Baking is still done here in the house, sold exclusively on site. There is no seating, but there is some public seating in the adjacent market square. At Strobel, they still bake their own sourdough. And for some baked goods, they use rare, special types of grain such as emmer and einkorn. Of course everything tastes very good too!
