Fast, organized, right on point, I waited 1 minute for my driver's licence, but no exaduration, I spent 3 minute for parking and for all. Yea, you have a large parking in front of the building so you can park there.

Appointments were made at short notice. Got my turn 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Staff very friendly. Parking spaces right in front of the door. I did not know such authorities from NRW.
I cannot understand the partly negative reviews. I have been living in Bavaria for 6 weeks and have visited the vehicle registration office in Rosenheim twice during this time. In both cases I had a very short waiting time and met friendly, helpful ladies who dealt with my concerns professionally and quickly. Compared to other registration offices in Germany, those were my best experiences so far.
Amazingly, a very nice employee in the admissions office, thank you for the fact that you deal well with people who do not speak the German language very well,
