1st appointment: Much was explained to me, but the explanations for me were without sensitivity and very stuck. Didn't feel taken seriously. And above all, my real concern was not addressed. That after several tooth extractions, I need a solution for new teeth. The lack of attention and care in communicating with the patient was missing. 2nd appointment the next day: immediately put a note in my hand for an MSA examination: a physical examination that was done for me quickly (approx. 10 min) and insensitive. Then another rough monologue for me (approx. 30 min). Cost point: (own contribution of 190 euros). The 2 appointments were without empathy for me and especially useful for me. And, fittingly, the bill in the mailbox quickly
