Both doctors (father and son) and the practice team are friendly and appointments are usually always available at short notice. No unnecessary tests are done and the treatment is as gentle and conservative as necessary. The doctors are always well informed, but are not afraid to admit if they do not know something directly: then research is carried out and a call back with details a day later - which is great and has never happened to me anywhere else.
