Miss Dr. Pauli is rude to the staff and the patients. Therefore a star deduction. I like the practice very much and apart from her, all the staff are very friendly. There is also a great atmosphere.

A very well and professionally run medical practice for many years. Dr. Ihler has built a team of doctors with various specializations. The doctors are empathetic and helpful, and yet manage to "work off" the patient quickly in a solution-oriented manner in order to avoid unnecessarily long waiting times for the other patients. The nurses are always friendly and quick. Prescription orders by phone / e-mail are also usually processed quickly and easily. A very recommendable medical practice in every respect!
