Friendly staff, modern and comprehensive equipment, it's really fun place :)
Actually it is a great fitness club, I have been a member for over 3 years and am now considering switching with my colleagues (6 people).
Point one: very many members and often you can not train properly because there are so many people at once.
Point two: my (our) biggest reason! There are only three showers for so many members. The showers have no cabins or a partition so it is very uncomfortable for many members. The showers are cleaned very poorly or not at all. There is often a very unpleasant smell in the showers. I spoke to the staff often but unfortunately nothing has changed in the 3 years with the showers. Please change that.

Pros: good parking situation
Cons: as a new customer you enjoy the highest level of attention, as soon as you have signed the yogurt staff is more interested.
Even in the case of gross technical errors, there is no improvement.
Excessively crowded at peak times, with too few trainers, regularly defective devices and too few showers!
In addition, there is stealing in the locker room (I was stolen from Nike shoes, the on-duty trainer just said: "yes mei, who can probably use someone ..."
Half a year after the end of the contract, a collection letter came because a contribution payment was missing. Although the cancellation was made by email, cell phone number and address was named, nobody came up with the idea to contact me.
Here too very weak communication and zero interest in his customers!
