I am totally convinced of the training methods and the advisory support from the team. It's just great fun to train there with the support of the team and to optimize the effect on my weight or my figure, I have lost 15 kg in weight and have now come very close to my comfort weight. Motivation to the power of 10, I can only warmly recommend the SlimMissima.

I can only warmly recommend Ms. Schellmann and her team! I was training with her in the studio for a year and was able to learn a lot about sport and nutrition. I was able to improve my figure enormously in a very short time! Unfortunately I had to resign due to my change of residence. Now, two years later, I had to do an acid-base detox for health reasons. Although I am no longer a member of the studio, Ms. Schellmann supported me very selflessly and time-consuming with the implementation, which was by no means a matter of course (especially since she did not charge a cent for the support)! I feel that I am in the best of hands and can recommend the way to this great, personal studio to anyone who not only wants to deal with sport, but also with the almost even more important aspect of nutrition.
