NOT RECOMMENDED! Hi there, can fully understand the negative reviews. I handed in a suit to be cleaned, when I got it back several factors were affected: - The smell was disgusting - The fine fabric was extremely fluffy - It wasn't ironed - The sleeve hem had clearly shrunk The suit was new. The owner did not understand, although it was very obvious who caused the damage. Even after the third complaint (and that with the boss) nothing was done. Only the lawyer helped here. If you hand in your suit or the like here, you will be disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately, we had to find out that some customers were not satisfied with our service. It is noticeable that the negative reviews come from customers whose clothing items were defective, but were submitted to an affidavit textile expert for assessment, who determined without a doubt that we as the cleaning company are not responsible for the damage. If we cause damage as a cleaning, this will not be given to the appraiser and there will be no discussion about compensation !! Especially with the customer Kiefer, the appraiser found that the damage was caused by wearing the suit, as this occurred at the sharpening points on the neck and sleeves and that the fabric is very loosely woven. The reports on the damage listed were given to the customers in all cases. Nevertheless, it is unfortunately always the case that some people are resistant to possible realities! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EXPENSIVE CLOTHING! Suit (with shirt) was cleaned and ironed well. After that, however, there were many small thread pullers on the jacket. Too bad because the suit was only worn twice. Not recommended for expensive suits !!

Incompetent and unfriendly service by owner - brought blouse for cleaning, accepted without reservation and then destroyed by cleaning. No accommodation although the fault was with the cleaning. Not recommended for expensive, delicate clothing.
