In the middle of February we had the problem that the hot water from our heating only became slightly lukewarm. Appointment was scheduled five days after the call. The fitter appeared on time for the appointment and quickly found the fault. The defective pump was replaced immediately and everything works smoothly again. Kudos to the friendly fitter and his expertise. Interim conclusion: 5 stars. BUT: Now comes the big BUT. The pricing of the invoice absolutely shocked me. Flat rate for the tools, use of the car and costs for the mechanic everything in order and absolutely reasonable. But a pump that I can get as a private person at any time for € 138 net for € 527 net is absolutely excessive for me. I understand that purchasing, warehousing, etc. incurs costs, but this does not justify such high premiums. Hence two stars deduction.

Punctuality is almost normal nowadays, perfect workspace structure in the apartment is hardly ever, extremely sensitive approach and punctual completion of a really big "construction site" with removal of all old and installation of new radiators in my apartment is not every day. The performance of the installation crew under the direction of Mr. Brandner from Meirandres was great and is only too gladly used again in further "cases"! .... unconditional and unreserved recommendation on my part more than a matter of course because you really feel safe and in good hands!

We had our bathroom completely renovated and we were completely satisfied. We felt very well looked after from the first consultation. Planning & implementation - everything is great. Most reliable. (That was not our first renovation project and we know the differences.) Above all, we would like to emphasize the first-class project support! Thank you - we are very happy about the great, new bathroom!

We have refurbished our bath of Fa Meirandres in spring. This ran from the planning to the implementation of very professional. Very good and sympathetic craftsmen combined with a forward-thinking project manager have led to a wonderful bath, with which we are now still very happy after 6 months. The BWT desalination plant works as desired. All this is (especially up to date) not for the budget price, but that is self-explanatory. In any case, we found the final price fair for what was delivered. And that's what matters.
