When looking for a good shoe made from the most environmentally friendly materials possible and a style that I liked, I came across Doghammer. I was very happy to order a couple of travelers, which are very comfortable to wear. Amazed at the light weight, I naturally wore the shoes straight away. Unfortunately, after wearing it a couple of times, I noticed that the felt on the heel had a hole. It is quite possible that when I took off my shoes, I countered with the other. I think a shoe should be able to withstand that. After contacting Doghammer, I was also confirmed that this was a known problem as the felt was glued on the wrong way on some shoes. Can happen - no problem for me. When I sent in photos of my shoes to find a solution, I unfortunately waited in vain for an answer. Even asking questions didn't help. The company could not be reached by phone either. I've tried a few times. Fortunately, I did not purchase the shoe directly from Doghammer, so the dealer has refunded my purchase amount in the meantime. Conclusion: great idea for cool shoes. In my case unfortunately not very robust and a customer service with subterranean quality. It's a shame, because I really liked the look and material of the shoes.

Indoor and outdoor climbing, whether by bike to the wall or several 100 m ascent. They went through all of this for 4 years. Then unfortunately they were through. But that was not the end of it. They were "repaired" quickly and easily, I would rather say completely renewed and they look like new again. Thanks again. This is how I imagined the shoe industry of the future.

I've been looking for a sustainable shoe that I can wear for walks with the dog for a long time. The Cork Travelers are really well suited for this. The shoe would be a bit too "light" for me for longer hikes in the mountains. The advice on the phone was great!

I am enthusiastic about the shoes and the repair concept even more! After a few years of intensive use, something can break - shoes for repair service for little money and completely renewed after a short time! This is how sustainability works - respect for it and keep it up!

Since I'm not a flip-flop wearer, I got the two vegan sneakers from Doghammer and they now accompany me on my way to work or on longer bike tours. I think the materials used are really good and I'm so happy that my feet don't sweat all the time, which I was actually totally used to from my previous sneakers.
