I had a very good time there. The teachers are personable and some of them are even native speakers.
Hello
Caution❗️❗️❗️❗️
If you want to register at ifb school to do secondary school, you should think about it a lot beforehand, because I can only keep you from doing so because the school prepares you very poorly for the exams. I'm not talking about the training that is done there (heard also not good) but above secondary school leaving certificate. The teachers are very unreliable, do almost nothing except for the math teacher and you will only get a pile of papers all year round and no explanations, if not correctly. They betrayed you. You will not do the secondary school there and you will not get that there either, but the IFB school reports you as an external (what everyone can do themselves) at a secondary school in the case of Miesbacher secondary school. and during the exams you have to drive there and back yourself. You can do that yourself by calling them and getting information you get everything you need to learn, even books to borrow and learn (e.g. history)
I made that mistake and signed up there. And paid € 3,000 free for school. Many quit that year but unfortunately they still had to pay the school so be careful before you sign something. I taught myself a lot and in the end I passed (many failed).
I haven't seen anyone who was happy with the school until now.
I hope I could help you decide.
This training institute is really great. I finished my middle school there, I can only say that the teachers there are great and that they are wonderfully personal. For people who want to do an education in the field of foreign languages, it or their middle maturity, I can really recommend this institute only.
Do you want to write off dictation machine, correct pharmaceutical labels or call centers?
Look in forums, how many had to learn something else after school.
Look in the job exchange at the agency for work. There are over 100,000 office occupations,
Fremdsprachenkorrespondent not even 1200 jobs - and all over Germany! How many jobs do you have in your city?
30? And agency work, where a company assigns several such institutes?
In other professions there are significantly more vacancies.
Ask the employment office, there you can retrain for free instead of throwing money out of the window here.
You learn nothing commercial here. Are not a merchant just a small correspondent!
There are enough native speakers on the job market who can speak the language better than you.
S A P, K S D, you will not learn that here.
Not like that either.
I can only recommend the IFB vocational school for training as a foreign language correspondent!
In the two years of training you will be well prepared in a very family environment for working life, as the teachers teach very practice-oriented. The training is demanding, but in any case feasible with self-discipline and the help of each teacher and the school management.
Since the classes are relatively small, the teachers have the opportunity to respond to each student individually and compensate for any deficits of students specifically.
With English as the first foreign language as the main focus of the training, these two years, with the help of native-speaking and expert teachers, achieve a very high level of English that is unlike any other.
Since you have about 8 hours of Spanish or French per week both in the first and the second year of training, you also acquire a very high level in the second foreign language, which not only allows me to communicate abroad, but also demanding ones and to write and translate professional texts and letters.
Due to the fact that the school is very well connected with potential employers, applicants from the IFB are welcome and offer the graduates good chances to gain a foothold in the public service as well as in the economy.
My conclusion:
For the English subjects: The teachers in each of the English subjects have successfully tried to make the lessons as interesting as possible and to convey the material in such a way that it is easiest to understand for the students. It has always responded to the wishes of the students, whether it is that a topic is taken again or that you can send the teacher to practice outside the lessons to correct texts. We are always very patient and there is always an open ear, even if you have a non-academic problem.
For Spanish: Our Spanish teacher is a great teacher through and through and a very nice person. As a native speaker, she herself teaches the students no prior knowledge of Spanish at all with their friendly, competent and open manner, so that all students can speak in their second foreign language and understand, translate and write sophisticated texts.
The Headmistress, Mrs Bladier, has been instrumental in making the two years so beautiful for me.
Not only does it make you feel good at school from the very beginning, but it also always has an open ear for any problem, school or non-school, and tries to teach each student with their open mindedness, understanding and good advice help. Apart from the school aspect, she has made the time of the training as nice as possible and has joined with the classes extracurricular activities such as: For example, a school Christmas party or a barbecue is considered, so that the classes can get to know each other.
Since I am now at the end of the 2-year training, I would like to conclude by saying that I liked the 2 years at the IFB very much. I enjoyed going to school every day and always liked the family atmosphere in the school. I can only recommend the school to anyone interested in IT or foreign language or middle-school education, and would like to thank all the teachers and Ms. Bladier for the great time.
