I called the office at the town hall and asked for someone who speaks English in order to take some information about the registration process. The reply from the operator on the phone was that NO ONE speaks English at that office ! ! I asked the operator’s name because he was so unwilling to offer me any kind of assistance in order to complain to his supervisor about this unpleasant behavior and he refused to do so . . English language haven’t arrived yet at that office along with professional attitude. Big disappointment . . I think the chief of the office should be informed about that incident and to act accordingly.

I am extremely satisfied with my visit today. Everything was very well organized and the staff were really extremely friendly and helpful. I was happy :)

After being called by employees, disinfect hands, at a distance on the 1st floor. Waiting area every 3rd place to sit. Distance easy to maintain, one is called. It's quick and easy. Punctuality is required.

Book an appointment online, be there at the agreed time and you're done. Both employees that I had were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that might be annoying is the long waiting time between appointments. But you can basically understand because everything is a bit more stressful at the moment. ;)

Despite the current situation, everything went very easily and quickly. The staff were super friendly and competent.
