I have been here for many years and I am very at peace. It only deals with what makes sense or is necessary. Unfortunately, this is no longer so common in the industry.

Absolutely impossible! This dentist had emergency service today and had called there with strong toothache and a broken molar! Instead of helping I was only mocked by her! Why is the emergency service there if not for acute unbearable pain?! ??
