Here is my list of how the gastroscopy went: Waiting period: Didn't have time to fill out the anamnesis before the appointment, then I was in the room 😅! It's never been so fast anywhere. On that day, however, many canceled, so lucky! 😋 Doctor's assistant and telephone lady: Both top in their own way! The operator didn’t get rid of it and dealt very sensitively with my topics (I asked what I’m missing, great and rarely selten)! It's a shame that I don't remember the name. The nurses know what they are doing! You notice that immediately and my excitement was blown away. Super competence! The doctor was also very friendly 🙂 all in all. Great practice! PS: yes, appointments usually take a long time almost everywhere, but with the anamnesis on the phone, I was able to take an appointment on the following day that someone else canceled. Great 😋🙌 Thanks and keep it up!

In my view, a very experienced doctor of Dr. med. Kress. Came as a small emergency and was also treated within an hour. The staff very friendly and polite.
