Super nice people met here, the trainers are always there for you, the box is huge and equipped with everything you need. It's a great way to enjoy sports and it's great to see how you get better and better.
Meanwhile, I am already over three years and am still very enthusiastic. We grew together as a great team. You can also fight your way to exhaustion together. The competitions are fun and just a great sport.
It's a lot of fun and physically you really reach your limits. The coaches take time for the technique. Beginners and other physical limitations are taken into account and the training is customized. In winter, it is icy cold in the hall. The changing rooms and washrooms are rather poorly designed. No lockers available and the showers are more designed for people up to 1.75cm. It bothers me but only partially because the training is in the foreground.
