I really enjoy being in Fit Plus. You feel accepted and the trainers are great! There was never a moment when I didn't know what to do. There are always many courses and opportunities to achieve individual goals 💪🏼

At the beginning of the Corona period, the dealings with customers on the part of the management, Mr. Geltinger, were absolutely in need of improvement. What is meant by this, Mr. Geltinger knows in detail due to my extensive mail traffic. However, an amicable solution was reached regarding a compensation for services not received during the Corona period and my subsequent termination of the contract for me.
Since my wife often fell ill and suspended her contract and also some payments, there were considerable overpayments of the contract in the course of your membership, which were initially vehemently excluded from FitPlus despite extensive information / evidence on our part. Every time we had to correct the bookkeeping and after the third attempt, they complied with our statements and transferred the overpaid amount to us.
Members should pay particular attention to correct payment processing when the training is suspended and in this context, and have any suspension confirmations checked by Fit plus for accuracy and corrected immediately if necessary.
In our case, the matter has been handled satisfactorily after a long back and forth, so another 3 stars for our rating.
my personal experiences: negative. Some receptionists absolutely rude, boasting a large number of members but means that devices were often not free, some defective devices sometimes stayed that way longer. There was always the impression that new member acquisition was the primary goal, rather than dealing with existing customers. For months, members were held up for the late conversion of the sauna and swimming pool area, and that with consistently high membership fees. I will not renew my contract. This studio is absolutely overrated.
Despite Corona ..closing ... contract secretly ineffective by the months, according to the consumer center .... terminate in time as the contract was concluded.
