A shame was otherwise great, now I've been there for the 3rd time had to wait outside then they pass by without comment to whatever, I'll have to look for a new one
We asked by phone if our little one (4 years) can have their hair cut, answer yes. So we went. Are on site again with the same question to the staff, the answer was yes again that is easy to do. No sooner said than done after 3 hours. We were waiting, then in front of the door we were asked who gets your hair cut, we were shown on the little ones. The answer actually comes, I'm sorry but I can't. We asked 2 times, 3 hours. Waited and were then brushed off. You will never see me again, there are enough hairdressers I definitely don't need you
