I was there about a year ago and was not at peace. And actually didn't want to go there anymore. Now I was there last week and wanted to get advice, the advice was great! She took her time and also advised properly. She advised me against my "wish" (to dye completely) and instead suggested me to make highlights. And then today the time has come. I was there for about 4 hours, and felt comfortable every second this time. Dear Sandy took great care of me and always asked me if everything was fine. I was or am extremely satisfied with the results on peace and happiness
