Hello everybody,
I had the same problem, the ladder I ordered was not damaged on the outside, so we accepted the delivery. After unpacking the shock came, the ladder was completely warped and rivets were torn out. (This was really not visible from the outside) After the first contact with Leiternprofi24 the leader would be complained to the manufacturer (Layher) (direct shipping from the manufacturer). However, this refused the complaint (Info Leiternprofi24) because we should not have controlled the goods properly. Then I had a nice conversation with Leiterprofi24 and we quickly found a solution. Leiterprofi24 has sent me a new leader without hesitation, which I have then put through their paces ;-)
