In principle, friendly staff will not help if orders are processed inadequately. The pharmacy has contact details, I order a medication with a prescription by fax (faxed according to the doctor's office). Approval from the pharmacy: available from 6 p.m. on the same day.
Well then I came the next day (Saturday):
- First info employee: unfortunately we did not get the drug, just an alternative ... When I asked why I was not informed then: "I'm sorry, I was not here yesterday, something went wrong when I ordered . "
- Second info: ... there is no prescription. Without a prescription, we cannot give you the medication.
Wonderful when you are on the weekend without medication in an ongoing important treatment, especially since you have already picked up the same preparation twice in advance.
Regardless of this incident, when I picked it up again, I was given medication from an alternative manufacturer without notice. If you take a lot of medication over a long period of time (which I always only got here and can be seen by the pharmacy), at least I don't feel like changing and experimenting with individual manufacturers with the same active ingredient. The least you can expect here is a hint or information.
Too bad, but I will avoid your two pharmacies in the future, despite the perfect location for me!
Friendly staff, make an effort that everything fits. But do not always have the medication on site, then you order and you have to go there a second time. In need of improvement.
