The Stethaimer pharmacy has long been my regular pharmacy: Both the sympathetic and deeply relaxed pharmacist and the obligatory, somewhat strict ;-) PTA have already given me very professional advice and always took a lot of time for this. Telephone queries to the attending doctor are just as natural as the rapid delivery of medication. Both address you personally and warmly by name, remember (without a PC) past treatments and, of course, inquire about the current state of health. In this respect, I can not understand any of the previous negative reviews. Everyone has stress for which one should have an understanding. Also: friendliness is a boomerang. She's coming back!

What can you say if the older employee ignores the dark-skinned husband and takes care of the clientele behind him - you will surely never see us there again.

Shortly before the holiday, at the weekend, the child gets sick and we need cough syrup. This pharmacy was on duty. It is impossible to put someone in the store there who cannot look for medication on the computer, even though it has been spelled. Communication on the phone was also difficult due to the accent. In an emergency, it would be better to go there personally and explain everything in writing, maybe it will work out.
