Great service on Sunday. I'm thrilled 👍
The company's communication behavior is bad. We called several times for the order itself. Unfortunately I made the cardinal error and did not get an offer beforehand. For a supposedly small thing - replacing a single lever mixer, I paid an immense price (>> 700). Questions about the invoice by email were only answered when I had forwarded a fax. The parts are set too expensive. The work itself - the installation worked and worked. Price / performance ratio is ok. That's why I gave three stars instead of two.
For my part, I can recommend this company to 110%. Very prompt and very, very nice contact in the company.
Awful. Never thought that such a thing is possible. For refurbishment of a family home (heating, plumbing) no deadlines met, improperly worked, communication a single disaster, no one was responsible. In addition the cost frame from the offer clearly blown up ... I could list page by page details, which everything went wrong. I've rarely regretted anything so much as deciding to hire Gleisberg
We are now looked after by the company for 4 years. Always very competent advice, friendly and reliable workers and fair prices. This year our bathroom was completely renovated by the company including new lines - perfect handling from A to Z !!!!!!!!
