In itself a nice and friendly gentleman. Top advice. But we have given a budget that has been twice exceeded and there were also some errors in the offer, which was not at all identified. Either they didn't want us to be a customer or they said we didn't notice the errors in the offer. Not recommendable.
I hired Loibl to do various work on the heating system. The customer service technician arrived on time and did his job professionally and quickly. Unfortunately I only know the first name, his name was Dominik.
The costs for travel and working time were also acceptable. Communication with the employee in the office was very pleasant.
We recommend.
The managing director is a very competent and very friendly person. Offers were made on a larger scale for two apartment buildings (with individual offers). Very committed at first; however, when it was time for the execution, waiting times of up to 8 months were simply too long - hence only 3 stars - and the clients partially withdrew their orders. In terms of price, Loibl is certainly in the upper segment; however, if they carry out the work, everything is neat and complaint-free. As a property manager, I can say - yes, if you are not in a hurry and do not insist on feedback immediately.
ABSOLUTE TOP COMPANY - After our bath renovation was carried out professionally, reliably and in top quality (the result can be seen on the homepage of the company Loibl), since then we have commissioned all work around heating, plumbing and plumbing work exclusively with Mr. Loibl. I'm not satisfied anymore with less quality. In addition, personal contact with Mr. Loibl is extremely pleasant and inquiries are always promptly responded.
Negative reviews, as they are found here isolated, I therefore can not understand.
The work was done on time and well, the pricing is however completely covered! The journey costs were previously known and are not the subject of this review.
