Was a customer for 10 years. Would like to make an appointment for spa maintenance since the beginning of January 2020 and have been put off or relocated for weeks. Supposedly, I was spoken to on the answering machine, even though I don't have one ... I wasn't called back for an appointment either, although this was assured several times. After I tried again and was told that they didn't know when they would have time for me because it was the contract customers' turn, I realized a lot. I also had a contract last year. However, since the thermal spa maintenance was more expensive with a contract than without a contract, although nothing else was done and because the contractual agreements were not adhered to, I immediately terminated this contract. Now I can obviously feel that. Nice business practices. Many thanks too. After all, I was a customer for 10 years, but that obviously doesn't count. Can definitely not recommend this company.
