After being a longtime customer with this cobbler, I was incredibly disappointed.
It should be repaired the shoe tips and when picking up, I have the shoes, without looking at them, just packed in the bag. At home, when I hit the shoe rack almost hit me. The tips were indeed renewed, but unfortunately without to pay attention that the sole should thereafter give a flat surface. After repair, both shoes suddenly had 2 heels, one at the front and one at the top. That's what I tried to complain about, especially since I have a total of 3 small repairs over 60 !!!! Yours paid. The shoemaker did not understand my objection or did not want to understand it. He meant only succinctly, I could pick her up after an hour. The repair was not done to my satisfaction. Too bad that you do not get a good performance for good money here.
