Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating. Bought shoes that both broke on the sole after about six months. Then I went back to complain, but no longer had the receipt. But instead of looking, the shoes had paid with a card, so it would have been easy to make a copy of the receipt and then send the shoes to the manufacturer, I was only told that nothing would work, it would be possible that I could get them somewhere ordered online. I could have brought my bank statement afterwards, but I was so horrified by this business practice and the way that I brushed off that I simply would not put a cent more into this business. Thank God there are other businesses! Customer service looks different!
