Ordered shoes. After a week the email came that my order was canceled. Because the shoes are out of stock. I do not understand that. It was already paid. Do not know what is in stock and what is not. I would like to give 0 points. But that is not possible.
I had ordered online at Schuh-Walter Marken Outlet, paid by paypal and received an order confirmation by e-mail. So far so good. Since it should be a gift that I would like to have given on time, I asked after four days once again how the delivery status would be and if I have a chance for timely delivery. A friendly lady promised to take care of my request. A few hours later, I received an e-mail from which it emerged that the shoe was out of stock and could not be delivered. Today, I expect online merchants to link their inventories to the order portal, making it impossible to order non-existing merchandise, or at least taking care of payment on short notice and proactively rejecting the customer, not days later Demand. Waste of time. Never again with me.
