I had the worst experience with vhs Landshut, rude and aggressive treatment, for no reason! I just wanted to ask if there is a B2 course and when! The employees there just wanted to fight.. and yes, ofcourse too much misleading information on the phone.

The courses in the VHS are very good, great course instructors and pleasant surroundings. Unfortunately, you are not very customer-oriented in the administration, e-mails with suggestions and concerns are simply not answered. Too bad, for me as a long-time course participant it seems very detached and unfriendly.
