Always only with appointments in times of Corona. Banks, post offices, shops etc. are now open and freely accessible with a mask. But the town hall is absolutely not close to the citizens. Everything is a problem with the employees. If you ever reach someone by phone, you will be disgusted in an unfriendly manner. You even need an appointment to pick up a finished passport. It takes two minutes to hand over the passport, but you have to make an appointment by phone. For working people who also have customer traffic in times of Corona, an absolute imposition.

Very nice staff at the reception and at the registration office. Unfortunately, you can't say that from the registry office. The staff is completely overwhelmed in Corona times, emails are rarely or not answered at all. You don't dare to call, because you are immediately thrown out, there are finally more important things (without knowing what it is really about) and you should be patient. You don't even get to tell your concerns because you will immediately be cut off and you will be cheated. These are certainly difficult times, but that's exactly why you shouldn't make life difficult for one another with such an unfriendly behavior. Maybe you should think about increasing the number of staff to relieve the others.
