The whole practice team is super friendly and always helpful. There is always a good atmosphere and you feel very comfortable. Appointments are well organized, so there are hardly any waiting times. The treatment was successful and I am very satisfied, everything was great. Thumbs up and a big thank you !!!

Our child has been in "treatment" for about four weeks. The staff is largely friendly, at least as long as the parents are present. Although this can of course only be a subjective consideration, it can be doubted whether the so-called preliminary contracts are common. Like, for example, 65 euros a month for whatever and then again between 13 and 20 euros per visit. In addition, 4 brackets have broken off so far. Here the question arises, is that intention? All of this seems very suspicious to us, it is about withdrawing the patients and pulling as much as possible out of the parents' wallets. If you don't believe it, you are welcome to experience it yourself. If you look at the practice, you can see that everything is designed for the young clientele. The question remains whether it is really necessary that all children absolutely need braces and whether they have to torture themselves for several years and have to undertake the complicated care etc? Not to mention the time and costs as well as the stress for the parents and the family. Well, everyone can decide for themselves. However, as far as practice is concerned, we absolutely cannot recommend it.

I can highly recommend the practice. Small family practice with very kind employees and a very experienced and friendly orthodontist. Thank you again for the quick help and competent advice. You rarely see so much professionalism and sincere interest today. The agreements made were always kept during my treatment phase, which was particularly important to me. Apart from that, I think the practice is friendly and tastefully decorated and would also have my children treated there if this should ever be necessary.
